Important Note: By booking and using the services of VIP Vallarta Transportation, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
1. Bookings and Confirmation
All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee the availability of the selected vehicle. Bookings made with less than 24 hours\' notice will be subject to availability.
Your booking will be considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with your order number (Booking ID) and service details.
2. Payments
We accept cash payments (MXN or USD) at the time of service and advance payments via credit/rebit card through PayPal. The rates shown on our website are final and include taxes and private transportation service.
Tips are not included in the rate and are at the discrection of the client.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations with more than 24 hours\' notice: Full refund of 100% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours\' notice: No refund will be applied.
- No Show: If the passenger does not show up at the agreed location without prior notice, 100% of the service will be charged and there will be no right to a refund.
4. Waiting Times
At the Airport: Our drivers monitor your flight. The free waiting time begins once your flight has landed. One hour of complimentary waiting time is included for you to complete your customs and luggage procedures.
At Hotels/Private Residences: A 15-minute grace period is granted from the scheduled pickup time. After this time, the vehicle may leave, or an additional waiting time fee will apply.
5. Luggage and Lost Items
Each passenger is entitled to carry standard-sized luggage according to the capacity of the reserved vehicle. VIP Vallarta Transportation is not responsible for items forgotten inside the units, although we will do everything possible to return any found object.
6. Conduct and Safety
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs who endangers the safety of the driver or the vehicle. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the units.
7. Liability
VIP Vallarta Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, unusual traffic, road closures, or airport operations.
