How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee the availability of your preferred vehicle. However, for high-demand dates (December, Easter), we suggest booking 1 week in advance.
Are prices per person or per vehicle?
Our prices are **per vehicle**, not per person. The rate includes private transfer for all allowed passengers according to the capacity of the selected unit (up to 6, 10, or 16 people).
Can I pay in cash or dollars?
Yes, we accept cash payments (Mexican Pesos and US Dollars) at the time of boarding. For your convenience, we also offer secure online payment via credit/debit card through PayPal.
Airport Service
Where do I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting for you in the designated "Arrivals" area (just after passing customs and picking up luggage). They will be carrying a sign with the **VIP Vallarta** logo and your name clearly visible.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Don\'t worry. We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, our system automatically adjusts the pickup time at no additional cost to you. We will always be there when you land.
During the Trip
Do the units have baby seats?
Yes, we have baby seats and boosters available upon prior request. Please indicate this at the time of your booking in the "Additional Comments" section at no extra cost.
Can I make a quick stop on the way (store/supermarket)?
Yes, we offer a complementary 15-minute stop for quick needs (Oxxo, Pharmacy). For supermarket stops (Walmart, Costco) that require more time, an additional waiting time fee will apply.
Do you accept tips?
Tips are not included in the rate and are entirely voluntary. If you feel you received excellent service, our drivers will appreciate any gratuity.
